These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of ssidekick.com (the “Site”) and any related products, features, memberships, or services offered by Studio Sidekick LLC (“Studio Sidekick,” “we,” “us,” “our”) (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1) The Services

Studio Sidekick provides tools, resources, and services for studio businesses, which may include digital products, memberships/subscriptions, marketing and consulting services, and other features we make available.

2) Accounts

If you create an account:

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential

You agree the information you provide is accurate and kept up to date

You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account

3) Subscriptions, Memberships, and Payments

If you purchase a membership, subscription, or other paid service, you agree to pay the prices shown at checkout (plus applicable taxes).

Auto-renewal: Subscriptions/memberships automatically renew until you cancel.

Cancellation: You can cancel any time through your account (if available) or by contacting [email protected]. Cancellation stops future renewals; access may continue until the end of the current billing period unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Payments are processed by third parties (including Stripe); we do not store full payment card numbers.

Refunds (if any) are governed by the refund policy shown at purchase or in a written agreement.

4) Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Services for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems

Interfere with the security or operation of the Site

Copy, scrape, or harvest content/data from the Site using automated means without written permission

5) Intellectual Property

The Services and all content on the Site (including text, graphics, logos, downloads, and software) are owned by Studio Sidekick or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Services unless we give you written permission.

6) User Content (If You Submit Content)

If you submit content to us (e.g., forms, onboarding information, testimonials, or other materials):

You represent you have the right to submit it

You grant us permission to use it to operate, provide, and improve the Services

7) Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your requirements.

8) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Studio Sidekick will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits/data, arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

9) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if we believe you violated these Terms or your use poses a security, legal, or operational risk.

10) Changes

We may update the Services and these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

11) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
